As a PT, I focus my attention not just on the physical part but on the wellness of my clients. Because mental health and physical health are so closely linked, problems in one area can impact the other. At the same time, improving your physical health can also benefit your mental health and other life domains, and vice versa. I adapt to my clients' needs and do my best to mentor them towards the best version of themselves.
